The Company member program is operated as a survey panel for individuals who voluntarily register on the Site (“Members”). The Member can participate at offered surveys connected to the service and operated by Company or third parties. Under certain conditions Members may be rewarded in gifts (“Gifts”) for participating in certain activities such as completing surveys.
As such, the protection of personal data is a top priority for the Company as part of the Market Research industry and producer of information about people. Company is compliant with the guidance and requirements of the professional code of conduct applicable to registered market research companies and all current existing local regulations, especially as far as the protection of respondents’ data is concerned. Company took a proactive approach to ensure the safeguarding and protection of the personal data of its customers, respondents and employees.

Use of Other Information
IP Address – Companys servers automatically record the first block of your IP address, your browser type and operating system when you access our site. We may use this information to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our web site and compile aggregate user information for our advertisers.
We can use browser cookies to the extent that it is needed for survey and quality assurance purposes. We will not record the entire Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device, but we will use it to determine the approximate geographic location to make sure that answers to survey questions are obtained from the desired markets.

Access & Correction
Information collected by Company can be accessed and updated by the Member by using the facility provided on the Site (you will be required to log in first). Furthermore you can contact Company’s Support anytime and ask for any stored information concerning you. You can easily request deletion of your information by opting-out as described below.
E-Mail Communications
All email communications that result from your membership on the companys website will be sent directly from us and will prominently feature the Company’s logo and our contact details. After completing a given survey, you may experience a gap of some number of days or weeks before another survey invitation is offered. While every attempt is made to send each Member survey invitations frequently, due to various factors, a given Member may not receive as many invitations to participate in surveys as they would like. Note that Company is under no obligation to offer any specific or minimum number of survey invitations whatsoever.
Opting Out
As a condition of membership, you must provide a valid email address and agree to accept survey invitations from us. If you do not wish to receive survey invitations from us, you must terminate your membership using the facility provided in the profile. In the event that you opt-out it may take up to 72 hours for your opt-out request to take effect. You will not receive any further email promotions from us after that time. We provide clear notice about what data we collect and how we use it. We offer choices about our data collection at a time and in a context that reflect the sensitivity of the data being collected. Panelists and survey respondents agree to the collection and processing of their data and may withdraw their participation at any time. Individuals also have the ability to demand deleting all the information from Companys server. In order to delete all your personal data (your name, email, address etc) You must first be logged on. Open Your Profile go to settings, account and click on button ” Stop receiving emails and deleted your account . Select “Please delete account and all personal data” and click on Continue”.
Panelist Rights Under GDPR
1. Right to be informed
The right to be informed enables panelists to understand what will be done with their data, thus allowing them to make informed decisions and exercise greater control over their personal information. All panelists are entitled to receive information when their data is processed by Quantish.
2. Right of access
By exercising their right of access, panelists can verify the lawfulness of each processing activity that concerns them.
Panelists will receive a confirmation from the team regarding whether or not their personal data is being processed.
3. Right to rectification
The panelists have the right to request and obtain from the data controller the correction of inaccurate data and the completion of incomplete data.
4. Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
Panelists can request Quantish to erase personal data concerning them from the database.
5. Right to restriction of processing
Panelists may request a restriction of the processing of their data. Upon receiving this request, Quantish may still retain the personal data but must cease all other processing activities.
6. Right to data portability
The right to data portability allows panelists to obtain their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. This enables them to easily reuse the data and, if they wish to do so, transmit their data to a different data controller.
7. Right to object
Panelists may object to the processing of personal data concerning them on grounds relating to their particular situation.
8. Right not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing
A panelist has the right not to be subject to a fully automatic decision (i.e., without any human intervention in the decision-making process) that has legal effects or significantly affects the person in question.

This policy applies to the entire Quantish Opinion organization, including its subsidiaries, employees, contractors, subcontractors, partners, and any other individuals or entities involved in the creation, maintenance, storage, access, processing, or transmission of Quantish Opinion information.
3. Information Security Objectives
- Align with Business Objectives: Ensure that information security efforts are in harmony with Quantish Opinion's business goals and support the company's strategic objectives.
- Support Compliance: Align security measures with the company’s responsibilities as a fast-growing public entity.
- Maintain a Comprehensive Security Plan: Develop and keep an up-to-date information security plan to effectively address and mitigate risks.
- Incident Prevention and Response: Prevent security incidents at their earliest stage, and if they occur, promptly detect, contain, and manage them.
- Asset and Risk Management: Maintain a current inventory of all assets and assess the associated risks.
4. Information Security Management
All Quantish Opinion employees, contractors, and third parties are required to comply with the company's policies. Responsibilities related to these policies will be communicated during onboarding and reiterated regularly. Policies must be accessible 24/7 to all relevant parties. Each policy should be reviewed at least annually, and any significant changes in the company’s practices that could impact the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of company or customer data will prompt a review of the relevant policies. All policies must receive approval from a senior management member.
5. Information Security Implementation
- Human Resources Security
Employees are among a company's most valuable resources, often having access to sensitive information as part of their roles. Effective management of human resources is crucial to the overall security of Quantish Opinion. This is addressed in detail in the HR Security Policy (internal). - Asset Management Security
A lack of knowledge about potential targets within an organization represents a significant risk. Properly mapping an organization’s assets and implementing measures to secure them substantially reduces this risk. - Asset Accountability:All company assets, including data, software, and hardware, will be accounted for and assigned an owner.
- Asset Ownership:Designated Asset Owners will be responsible for the maintenance and protection of their respective assets.
- Information Classification: All information must be classified and managed according to its sensitivity levels.
- Asset Management Security: Detailed guidelines for asset management security are outlined in the Asset Management Policy (internal).
6. Operations Security
Capacity management for existing systems and the process for integrating new systems must adhere to company policies. A change management process is implemented to ensure that all changes are effectively controlled.
To protect the information handled on behalf of customers from loss, backups will be taken and tested regularly according to an established policy.
7. Policy Lifecycle
7.1. Additions, Changes, and Deletions
- Policy Adjustments: Alterations to existing policies, standards, and baselines should be made as needed
- Request Justification: Each change request must include a business justification for the proposed modification.
- Review and Approval: The Director of Operations will review each request and provide approval or denial.

- Compliance Requirement: All employees and third parties of the company are required to adhere to the established Policies and Standards.
- Exception Consideration: If compliance with a policy or standard is not feasible, an exception request should be considered.
- Exception Management: Exceptions must be assigned due dates, when applicable, to ensure timely implementation of agreed-upon remediation strategies.
- Regular Review: Exceptions should be reviewed regularly to confirm that remediation is completed within the stipulated timeframe.
